The welfare and safety of our animals is our highest priority. Each day, our experienced handlers carefully assess the animals' health and well-being to determine which ones are fit to participate in educational sessions. As a result, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific animals for your visit. We appreciate your understanding, as this ensures that we provide a safe and enjoyable experience for both the animals and our guests.
